Participants in the SerenityZone have asked for copies of some of the beautiful natural water sounds that we use at the SerenityZone as a gentle background for the readings and meditations we use and for access to one of the relaxation exercises that has been performed at the SerenityZone. The Serenity Zone Three Step Relaxation Program ^$15 The SerenityZone relaxation experience is a three step progressive relaxation program. The first two steps of the SerenityZone relaxation CD progressively lead you through a full body relaxation sequence. The CD concludes with a creative visualization exercise that is designed to help you achieve ultimate relaxation and personal awareness.

Serenity Streams ^$15 Serenity Streams, allows the listener to enjoy the gentle ambience of a winding stream as it flows through a busy woodland area. Birds and soft chimes accent the whispers of the water's assuring presence. Approximately 60 min.

Serenity Shores ^$15 Serenity Shores, leads the listener along a vast shoreline where the soft rains and lapping waters guide the senses to a peaceful yet enlightened state of being. Approximately 60min.
